If you want to know if your blood sugar is high or low, the most effective way is to use a glucometer to test it.

1. Purchase a blood sugar test kit from a reliable supplier.
2. Wash your hands with soap and warm water.
3. Take a test strip and insert it into the glucometer.
4. Disinfect one of your fingers with an alcohol pad.
5. Assemble the needle to the lancing device, and aim at the sterilized part for blood taking.
6. Apply your blood drops to the absorbent hole of the test strip.
7. Wait till the testing is done. Read and record the result.
8. While waiting, disinfect the injured area again.
When you have diabetes, you need to control the blood sugar that you will take from your foods, drinks, etc. But the most important thing is you need to strictly follow your doctor’s advice to take medications, manage your diet, and do some exercises.
